The story of Zen Aviation started in 2014. With only an air cargo space of 5 million kgs then, our management team had the vision to disrupt and revolutionise the air cargo and aviation industry. After a mere 4 years of operations, in 2018, our company was already recognised as one of the top 5 agents for at least 5 major carriers operating in Malaysia. We had also worked with nearly 90 airlines across the globe, providing both online and offline services.
Today, we are proud to say we can now provide an impressive 30 million kgs of air cargo space, and we are working with more than 300 forwarding agents. Aside from that, we are now also a member of The International Air Transport Association (IATA).

During the global pandemic in 2020, we managed to form a strong partnership with MY Jet Express Airlines (N7). We were appointed as the airline’s exclusive Cargo Sales Agent in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the sectors from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) to Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI), Kuching International Airport (KCH), Miri Airport (MYY), Sibu Airport (SBW), Tawau Airport (TWU), Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK), Brunei International Airport (BWN) and Labuan Airport (LBU). We foresee an increase of destinations with N7 in the near future. Zen Aviation is now conducting activities including but not limited to sales, space management, SPA deals with other carriers, cargo acceptance in warehouse and monitoring at the ramp side for N7’s freighter flights.
