Khaw Chin Huat
Managing Director

Khaw Chin Huat has been in the air cargo industry since 2002. With his extensive knowledge and experience of nearly two decades, he has been constantly implementing new and innovative ways to improve the services offered by Zen Aviation. He analyses all current operations and executes any required new procedures to further improve the efficiency of our services and internal work processes. As managing director, he leads and directs all sales and marketing of the company. He also mentors Zen Aviation’s member of staff to ensure their performance is of the global standard. He leads the team to go beyond their personal limits. He also focuses on maintaining a high level of credibility to uphold the name of the company and its services.

Tan Keat Ying
Business Development Director

Tan Keat Ying has had nearly two decades of experience in the air cargo and aviation industry. Her knowledge of the industry plays an instrumental part in managing all internal operations of Zen Aviation. She has played a key role in the company acquiring a wider and more diversified clientele. Along with our Managing Director, she focuses on new sales leads and maintains all current agreements with our partner airlines for cargo transport. She is also responsible for all relationship management within the company. She provides a strong leadership for the team and guides them with her long-acquired knowledge of the industry. She also develops new labour relation and in-house operation policies to further improve the internal work processes of the company. Ensuring that every customer’s expectations are met and are satisfied, she follows up with all cargo coordination made between the team and the customers.

Normazura Eliana Binti Nayan
Finance Director

As one of the founding partners of Zen Aviation, Normazura Eliana leads the finance and accounts team to oversee the company’s financial performance. She controls and manages all financial aspects of the company, including all incoming and outgoing financial transactions. She ensures that all figures tally and that the annual budgeting is of the company’s best interest. She also enforces existing company policies regarding taxation, service rates and others. Along with the Managing Director, she forges strong relationships with existing partner airlines as well as establishes potential partnerships by formulating new strategies to maximise profits for all parties.
